Political Paradigm of Complete Systematic Land Registration Law to Actualize Economic Growth Compliance in Batam City, Indonesia

The central theme of this journal is to raise topics related to juridical analysis of complete systematic land registration law to improve peoples’ economy in Batam City. This methods journal writing is a kind of normative legal writing, supported by sociological (empirical), and the theories used as a knife analysis is Jeremy Bentham's theory is a theory of utilitarianism. Construction analysis and discussion that in order to carry out a complete systematic land registration in Batam City, in its implementation must be based on the paradigm of legal politics in three important pillars namely must be based on the values of Pancasila as the basis of the State, must be based on legal norms and provisions as stipulated in the Law The basis of Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945, and must be based on Indonesia is a rule of law. The result of complete systematic land registration in Batam City was concluded, it could increase peoples’ economic growth for the people in Batam City. Recommendations for the results of the writing of this journal, it is recommended that the Government should implement the complete systematic land registration with a broader, equitable and sustainable scale.References
